Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Available destinations will be shown at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

All orders require processing before shipment. Processing times are typically 1 to 3 business days but may be longer during high demand periods.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed:

  • United States and Canada: 7 to 12 business days
  • United Kingdom and Europe: 7 to 14 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 8 to 15 business days
  • Rest of world: 10 to 18 business days
How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to become active and are dependent on the carrier.

What is your return policy?

We accept return requests submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in original condition and in original packaging.

Return authorization must be approved before items are sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non refundable.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo evidence.

We reserve the right to assess the claim before issuing a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled or changed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also support Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.

All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment providers. We do not store your payment information.

Will I be charged customs or import taxes?

Customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on your location. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

What happens if my package is lost?

If a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation.

Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion based on the outcome of the carrier investigation.
